I have a lot of experience because I have been on the internet for several years and have spent over 100 hours reading about everything from natural healing methods to natural weight loss solutions. I have worked in health and beauty for over 20 years and have seen health products on the market that really don't work or don't work for any specific group.
So I decided to create a blog that is all about the natural and healthy way to live and I am so excited about the content that I can share with all of my readers.
